A. 1. The marriage which was solemnized with with various lies / cheating by himself and/or his family members, can be void and nullified by the court. Clear evidences are required to get the court decree.
2. If you unable to prove the lies / cheating by himself and his family members then i suggest you to go for divorce.

A. Get her share of that property gifted in your name or willed in your name 1st. Similarly in LL.P if one of the partner ceases in that case partnership ceases to exist. In that case you need to make that business proprietary.

A. It is better to give her divorce but on mutual terms before that you and your jiju must file a police complaint against her for future safety. Moreover it is better to divorce then to live with a unchaste woman.
