I have done a gpa in 1997 for my litigation land till now the person has not paid the amount .what should I do.

A. Dear Sir,
You have to file a civil suit to recover the said amount in the meanwhile get issue a legal notice and paper publication cancelling GPA.

A. Dear Sir,
GPA comes to an end on the death of executor of GPA but in some cases it may continue if consideration was received by the executor of such GPA.

A. Dear Sir,
No, on the death of your mother the power of attorney given by you expired and became invalid. You have to execute fresh power of attorney in favour of your brother.

A. Hire someone to draft a general power of attorney or specific power of attorney as you wish. Notarize the same on a stamp paper of Rs. 500. We charge rs. 2000 for drafting the same.
