Power of Attorney
I have a property in Delhi. I have given Power of Attorney in the name of my mother. My mother recently expired. I want to know if by default Power of Attorney will shift to my brother ?
A.Dear Sir,
No, on the death of your mother the power of attorney given by you expired and became invalid. You have to execute fresh power of attorney in favour of your brother.
