Your father in law can make a statement ion newspaper stating that after his death, the property will be inherited by his wife and no one else.

It is advisable that you challenge the partition or you can claim share in the property given to your mother through partition.

A. Hi,
Being a grandson you have a right to claim your grandfathers property. You can file a claim for your share in the property.

The facts appear to be incomplete.
However, the property will be distributed between you and your brother, if no condition to the contrary is stated in the will and the daughters deny to make any claim.

Your mother can issue a notification in newspaper stating that you are the sole owner of her property now and can execute a gift deed in your favor.
