A. You will have to vacate the house but you can ask owner to pay back your deposit amount and the rent amount if any you paid in advance for the upcoming months after this month. If the owner doesn't pay back and you have evidence of such transaction of money which you paid him and a written agreement towards rentals of the flat you can file summary suit against the owner in the Court of your concerned jurisdictional area where such property is located. As per the facts which had been provided, the concerned action which should be taken by you is that you can approach the police and file a complaint under section 441, 425 of IPC,i.e., Criminal Trespass and Mischief. A. Through the Translator section of the High Court of your State, such translation can be done in authentic manner, however, you have to take approval from the concerned Registration office because after translation that registered Gift Deed has to be compared with its old written version and has to be Certified to be the true copy of that originally registered Gift Deed by the concerned Registrar or Sub-Registrar of such property Registry office before whom that Gift Deed was registered.
