A co-operative society in Mumbai claims that they charge Rs 25,000 as Premium Transfer fee PLUS a donation fee of Rs 10,000 PLUS a transfer fee of Rs 600 for providing documents to process the Gift Deed from a father to his son . Is this legal and a correct process to be followed .
