Company apko exploit kar rahi hai, ye totally harrasment hai, ap ek bar firse bat kigiye , agar fir bhi Company nahi man rahi tho unhe legal notice bhejiye ,agar unse response nahi aa raha tho ap "CONSUMER COURT " me case darj kijiye ,Fast Decision rahta hai Court ka, aur Compensation bhi mil sakta hai ,iske liye apko court me evidence dene padenge.

This depends entirely on the terms and conditions of the sale agreement you entered into with the seller. If you have already paid a large number of EMIs, you can request the buyer for a slight extension to make the pending payments as you have demonstrated willingness to pay the full amount.
