A.Company apko exploit kar rahi hai, ye totally harrasment hai, ap ek bar firse bat kigiye , agar fir bhi Company nahi man rahi tho unhe legal notice bhejiye ,agar unse response nahi aa raha tho ap "CONSUMER COURT " me case darj kijiye ,Fast Decision rahta hai Court ka, aur Compensation bhi mil sakta hai ,iske liye apko court me evidence dene padenge.

A.Hi,
First you can write an application to the employer for salary. Second, you can send a legal notice to your employment highlighting your grievances. If there is no response, you can approach the labour commissioner of your region and register a complain with him. If no settlement is reached then the commissioner will transfer your case to the labour court.

A.Hi,
The first option for you is to send an application to your employer through which you can tell them about your problems. If that does not work, then consider sending them a legal notice for payment of salaries. Your last option should be approaching the labour commissioner and filing a complaint against your employer. If no settlement is reached then the commissioner will transfer your case to labour court.
