A. Hello Sir
It would be a problem for you if the person has not transferred the vehicle on his name and using it. It would be suggested to send a Legal notice through a lawyer asking him to transfer the vehicle and if not then you have all rights to initiate a legal action against him.

A. Free ingress and egress in a right which has to be granted to the plot holder if that plot is recognized and is taxed by the local authorities. A. Hi,
There seems to have been a breach of contract. Either the buyer took the advance from you despite already have sold the land. for which he is bookable u/S 415 IPC for defraud or you may take the civil recourse by filing for a compensation for the money advanced.
