You are having a weak case. Without disclosing online betting issue you may try to recover the amount. Since online betting is itself illegal.

A. Dear Sir,
Since land was donated for a specific purpose and it is not being used for the said purpose. On that ground you can issue a legal notice and try to get back such land by cancelling donation as the beneficiary violated the terms of donation.
