No institution take suo moto action against you unless some body complains. Rs.20k is negligible amount and you contact the Chartered Account to get exact procedure.

Yes, before that get issue a legal notice.It may be a piece of evidence only. For Rs.20,000/- recovery it is more expense. Now the world is more expensive and it not worth while to recover such amounts and it may a lesson for every one not to advance hand loans in cash
