Income taxability of agricultural income by private limited companies

1) If I establish a private limited company with the sole and exclusive main object of agriculture & horticulture will the agricultural income of the company get taxed for income tax. If yes on what legal basis and if no, why not ?
2) If every shareholder of the private limited company as above is a bonafide farmer will the agricultural income be taxed for income tax ? If yes on what legal basis and if no why not ?
