Hello Sir, I am a person who forget to show a loan, which was given by me to someone, in my income tax return in the year of 1st april 2018 to 31st march 2019. I gave that loan as cash, not as cheque. But i have written proof of it on a notebook paper with 100 paisa stamp on it with signature of that person and his son . The person who took loan died in january 2020 but his son is alive. He have no property. Now, i want to show that loan in my income tax return of year 1st april 2019 to 31st march 2020. How is it possible ? Please explain me... I can ask my accountant but i need your advice.
