What is the defferance between listed date and listing date?

A. Hi,
There's no difference between the listed date and the listing date, both are same. Listing date is the one means when the case is called upon for hearing before the judge.

What is the next step of the court after notice served and how much time will the next date of hearing be found after serving notice?

A. Dear Sir,
Normally, 30 to 45 days will be given to the other party and then 90 days will be given to the other party to file objections. Be informed that in High Courts normally no next dates will be assigned. The party in urgency may move an application seeking earlier date.

Notice Served usually by whom is the plaintiff or the defendant?

A. If plaintiff has file the petition or application inviting defendant/ respondent to give reply, then plaintiff would have to send summons on his own to defendant. If defendant moves the court, inviting plaintiff to reply, then defendant will serve summons to plaintiff on his own cost.
