i am feeling my husband hacking my cal and msg with someones help. is if i browse n cht in online sites is dat also record if police complaint done r with court?

A.Whether hacking as apprehended by you is possible or not cannot be told by me as I am an advocate by profession and not a cyber expeet.it will be better u approach the police immediately and give a complaint in writing. It will be assigned to cyber cell ( if cyber cell is there of ur local police) and only their experts can clear your apprehension.

A.Hacking or interceptionof any ones messages and email etc is an offence. If you have any doubt you can lodge a complaint with the police and it is only the cyber cell of the police will will clear your doubt

my husband is lofer. he maried me for our property. so mater is in court.he givn false complaint dat i stolen his gold.am feeling alone so talking with unkwn person in online chatting.is dat posible to hack online google chrome cgating history sir.

A.Why r u worrying if you are right in your thoughts and works.Talk direct to your husband if you are thinking some one hacking your massage.U should not forget the relationship between husband and wife always exists on trust and coincidence

A.It is against the law to track record of phone calls or msgs and cannot be used as a witness against in civil court matter.better to consult lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya.

As you have qualified your husband he can resort to obtain documents to his end use of court. You have to be careful & delegent in your activities, particularly on line media, social media or any other source.
