I want second child wife demands own house before that child.
I have a parental place and I'm the only heir of my family. But she want to live in her city.
I have even arranged a private hospital for the delivery but she keep refusing.
In short income issue comes upfront.
Sex and child denied per se.
She took shelter in her parents even continued living with me on ranted space.

The first thing that you have to do is to ask her to come and live with you and you can enforce that by filing restitution of conjugal rights case under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. That is the first step to go ahead and then you may file for divorce if she refuses to come and live with you.

I was living in city A with my mom and wife. 1.5 years ago my wife refuse to come back to city A and keep stayed with her parents. I changed my job and get relocated to her parents nearby. Now her parents keep her guided and and opened a shop for her. My wife is living with me throughout but she is under tremendous influence of her parents. She keep refusing for 2nd child and put up lame excuses like own house etc etc.. My first kid is 6 yo. In between my mom is staying alone(for last 1.5 years) in city A. She is also planning to relocate at city B if I keep my family intact. Can I seek divorce from her on the grounds that she is not living with my mom and look after her in my parental place..And 2 for not having another kid....
