I gave rs 30,000 through bank transfer & 5000 through cash to a person in Uttar Pradesh for some work, he was making me fool that my work is going on. But after knowing his reality from one of his friend i was asking my money back since January, he keeps promising that he will give within some days.Now he is not reply to my msgs, not even pickup my calls. I have transaction record n chat record with me. What can i do to take my money back?plz help
