ESIC CLAIM
My husband and I, are employee of same organization. ESIC amount is deducted from my salary but not from mine husband's salary. From past 3-4 years the organization is not giving away salary on time . Last year my husband expired due to some medical condition and his hospital expenses amounted to 9 lakh, due to irregular salary of me and mine husband, I am currently facing financial crisis and have undergone debt.
So, is it possible anyhow to claim my husband's medical expenses under ESIC.
