Family Feud about property Family Feud about property

My father claims that the house in which my Father's brother is living with this family is the house of Grandparents.
My father is the youngest. They also unevenly distributed the land.
Now my father wants that house back in which his brother is living
He claims that he paid all the loans of grandparents and he paid all the taxes of the home and he has the documents for the land.
They've been fighting over the decades until now.
His brother have 4 children.
Now his brother is not ready to leave the house.

What should I do in this? will my father be able to get the house back? If so how soon can it be done and by whose saying?
The fact that my brother's childrens are still studying this might be hard for him to leave soon. So what can we do in this circumstances?

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you

A.If the matter is in the court then approach the High Court and get an order for early disposal or file a suit for partition or any other suitable relief.
