My passport seized by local court in 498a..as a bail condition...in hyd highcourt my passport release petition pending.can any lawyer get an order to release my passport bcoz I need to join my job in kwt once flights resumes..through video conference only urgent matters only taking...for me my job is important..

A.Yes, such cases are many. your request may be made to the Hyderabad High Court advocate directly. Go to Bar Council of Telangana website where you can phone numbers and addresses of senior advocate. Yours is a family case and you will get the relief.
