A.1) Which Bank Credit card did you Apply?
2) What is the credit limit?
3) How much did you withdraw CASH & ON WHICH date?
4) The CREDIT CARD cash withdrawal attracts Finance Charges, Interest Charges, GST & other charges.
5) The moment you have applied OR used the CREDIT CARD for CASH withdrawal you have readily agreed for their charges at the time of APPLYING FOR AN CREDIT CARD, So you CANNOT deny THE FACT THAT IT WAS NOT KNOWN TO YOU. NOT knowing the Banking Charges while you are availing the Credit Facility from a bank is not Normal. Rather you should be privileged that the BANK has offered you CREDIT CARD facility.
6) Kindly make the FULL CREDIT CARD PAYEMNT without any further delay, as you may lose the CREDIT facility. Also the Charges BILLED are given to all customers, & NOT alone to you. Please remember ONLY SHOPING is INTEREST FREE from the DATE of Billing Cycle.
7) Now EVEN if you are thinking of Settlement then too your name will be there in CIBIL –NEGATIVE, You will NOT get any kind of Personal loans in future
8) Rather I suggest you maintain a good track record of regular payments & get more facilities from Bank, You be a privileged Customer

A.It is universally know fact the bank may contend. If you are so strong you fight by filing PIL before High Court and if succeed then it will be a boon to every citizen of India. The bankers are day robbers as they are robbing the citizens in the name of hidden charges. Who shall bell the cat. Try for your innovative public scheme and teach them.
Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.#you should have known about the charges before making the cash transaction from the Credit card, however, FYI charges are imposed on such transaction,
#no case is made out, however, if you still want, you can file a complaint to the banking ombudsman,
