My friend asked me about current company's review I told that my current company's management is not good and reason why so on mobile call but he recorded that conversation and shared with my company's management so my question is can they sue for defamation? I'm worried about that , please share you advice

A.You can file complaint against them immediately if you having concern evidence against them then only otherwise leave the company

A.Why are you so worrying. You can say that your friend wish to join your company as such to avoid him as a competitor for you, you have told him so. Such feed back are not believable on the on the hand you can take severe action against your cunning friend and place bad wordings against in social network if he did not agree for submitting unconditional apology and also ask him to share with your company that what he shared is false.
