Registration for consultation

Retired from service. Having knowledge of anti corruption cases, criminal cases, ndps cases. How can I get a registration to start a consultation service.
A.You may register your name on different websites. Futher get license from local authority if you wish to open your office in commercial place.

A.1. You cannot provide any professional consultation until you have the required Degree, Course.

A.Register a consultancy firm like proprietorship and render tour service. You are barred to practice before the court without the enrollment certificate.

A.Dear Sir,
You don't need registration to provide consultation as a free and professional consultant but you will have restrictions in the form of doing anything legally in the court of law for your clients. So, basically your clients can take advice from you on the steps but the legal steps will have to be taken by a Lawyer.
Also, since you will not have control over the end result of the consultation as you may not be able to execute it and will have somekind of dependency on legal professionals so, I would suggest that you team up with some lawyers or lawfirm. That's the way your expertise and experience can be used much fruitfully.
