Can i report a fir for doing suicide due to insupportive nature of my parents for domestic violence done by my husband so that my parents won't force me to go back to my husband house
A.Attempt to Suicide is an offense. Please be wise in lodging FIR.

A.Any woman suffering domestic violence can take a protective order before the judge for her own safety before herself or with the help of a lawyer, service provider or protection officer. If you have an incident, you can file a lawsuit against them. But before you sue, you have to think whether the case filed by you is correct or not. If you file a false case then action can also be taken against you.
