A.Any woman suffering domestic violence can take a protective order before the judge for her own safety before herself or with the help of a lawyer, service provider or protection officer. If you have an incident, you can file a lawsuit against them. But before you sue, you have to think whether the case filed by you is correct or not. If you file a false case then action can also be taken against you.

A.Why do you NOT want to go to your Husbands House?
Are you thinking of separation OR Divorce?
Just filing any kind of FIR against Husband will NOT solve your problem.
