The tenant have occupied the flat since seven years,not clearing the rent in a regular way,till now a hea vy amount is pending from tenant. Already issued a few cheques for clearing the rent from 2014-2017 but all were bounced from his a/c. Still now occupied the flat.Let me advice under the above situation,what I will do.How I can proceed to get my rent,as well as get the flat in vacate position.

A.You will get arrears of 3 years only so you must immediately file suit for eviction and recovery. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.Please follow the below:-

A. issue a legal notice to vacate the flat and to pay due rents.
B. failing to adhere to the legal notice, file ejectment suits along with due rent.

A.You need to send him a legal notice for termination of tenancy under section 106 of TP act, hope the rent is above 10 thousand per month!

For recover of the rest and mesne profits you have to file a suit for ejectment if he fails to hand over the possession!
