We have an ancestral property In Delhi. We have only farad as proof . Also electricity bill, water connection and all other bills are in my father's name. I want to know how can we have power of attorney in my father's name or registry of the property. We are hindu.
A.Get register in your name if possibe through your father or file a dummy suit against your father and father must submit no objection to decree the suit in your favor.

A.Hi,
Not clear about the present owner of the property, how long are you in the possession, etc etc.
Further, if the property falls under adverse possession, we need to follow the process to get the rightful title over the property.
(12 years in case of private property and 30 years in case of Government/State/public property )
