Some female associated alleged complaint agaist me in POSH .All complaints are false and I am confident of coming clean.. I have been suspended but committe is not starting enquiry. It has been 4 months . They just mailed they will start after lockdown. No timelines shared . Neither committe, nor HR , Responses to my calls or mails. What can I do ?
I am facing financial issues.

A.Even during suspension your entitled for salary between 50 to 90 percent. Nothing to worry the more the delay the more the chances of success. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.Hi
It is against principles of natural justice to suspend an employee based on complaint.
Also it is against law to stop payment of salaries till such time there is a finding by enquiry committee.
Please issue notices to employer demanding salary payments during suspension payment.

A.Hi,

If they are not paying the salary, you may file a complaint before labour inspector.
