Non payment of refund by Goibibo

I cancelled an international booking of Egyptair made through Goibibo. I accepted to take cancellation charges. After cancellation of ticket and deduction of airline penalty fee, the balance amount was not credited by Goibibo into my bank account. Instead they showed it as GoCash which is their digital wallet. I have proof from Airline that Goibibo has claimed refund money from airline.
A.Get issue a strong legal notice and resolve your issue. If necessary threaten to viral the issue on the social network to bring down their reputation.

A.Ask about it . To the senior officer of the department if not ready to pay then file complaint against them immediately

A.Issue them a legal notice to transfer the amount at source account, failing which you may file a consumer complaint.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the amount,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a consumer case for claiming the amount in addition to appropriate compensation,
