Person not giving lent money back.

I lent amount of rupees 1500 to a person before 20 days. Now he is not giving my money back. I call him daily 2-3 times. Also visited his house twice. But no use. I don't have any proof like cheque, net banking etc. Can I take any legal action against him?

A.The legal cost will be more than the amount. you can take legal action.
