My reporting manager threaten me that he is going throw me out from the company also making sure that I will get not any chance to work in the company in the future on the call, it's so disrespectful to my self image, can I take legal action against him I have proof, I need your suggestions please help
A.Dear Sir,
Treat yourself as Elephant and treat him a dog, Several Dogs bark when Elephant goes on the street. Neglect his threatening. If possible try to change to next unit of the same company or get another job. Such people always negatives and if you lodge complaint then they will definitely take revenge. You must be safe and get through in this life.
