A.Hi,

Ask your parents to file a protection petition and ask them to divide the property and give ur partitions.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
If it is self acquired property of your parents then ask them to lodge police complaint with Senior Citizen Helpline and Police Commissioner.

A.If ur father is holding the title in property and he is alive, u hv not right to claim directly.
If they guides are tourchering ur parents, they may file a police complaint,
Consult to the proper lawyer in ur city, u will get the help
