Dear sir I am doing job in Indian railway from last 7 years fairly on technician post I had never any chargesheet but now my senior officer who is appointed 1 and half years before over me started doing so much harassment of me that I am I depression the matter was this that he abused me on behalf of my sister something as behanc..d on phone taking some work related issue I tried to ask him but he said that do what you can do of me then me and some other railway servant also complained against him to his higher authorities against these matters but now he started to give me daily any chargesheet making his mind thinking he has given me 8 chargesheet in last month and I have not any single chargesheet in last 7 years
A.Two options you have:
1. Immediately get transfer to any other place and escape from his official jurisdiction.
2. Approach the Tribunal or High Court against such charge sheets they will be quashed.
Such black-sheeps are in every govt. department. You have to continue it is not his own office. Nothing to worry. Never share with negative friends. Colleagues are your enemies. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
