Govt Job after death of father

Hi,
My father was working in ESI corporation.
He expired in Dec-2011
My brother completed studies in 2014 and then we applied for job for him.
It was turned down basis economic status.
My brother got a job in some other semi-govt cmpny..
But someone told us that it was our right to get the job.
Can we apply again and is it our right

A.Compassionate appointment as the name suggests is not a right. You go through the rules of that corporation regarding compassionate appointment, that rule is final, Lawyers cannot do anything in this.

A.In case of death during employment and as per the terms of employment on Compassionate ground.not as matter of right,better to consult a Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to guide & help you quickly.
