Will, gift deed, hindu law
Respected Sir, there was a question that my father has done will in that in my name he included the all the land, ie ancestral, inherited rights, etc., in my name.
Because I am taking care of him and serving him. And I have a step-sister and a mother .The father does not want to give them anything.
So does the sister's can claim share? Or can she go to court and prove her share?
The question for the father is whether he should make a distribution letter or a gift deed? And how secure property?
Because according to Hindu law 2005, will is not just sufficient for ancestral land. Please guide, thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
You just get gift deed at the nominal rate and secure your property and make all complications thereafter which makes your step sister to get share in it impossible.
Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.He can not will ancestral property as everyone has a right over that. He can do only for his part.
Further, he can cancel will anytime during his lifetime
