A.1) Please kindly mention which saving account is frozen for credit card account. I believe that the credit card account is frozen during the lock down
2) As per my knowledge your credit card account is frozen as you have not made the payments in the lockdown period but if you have already crossed the 90 days period slab, then this credit card account will be permanently blocked and you will not be able to use the facilities even though you will be making the full payment to them also subsequently your CIBIL score will decline.
3) You should have at least made the minimum balance due during the period of lockdown so that the credit card would be in the current working position and you could avail all the benefits and privileges of a credit card holder.
4) Even if from the date of bank statement of credit card if you would have paid within 60 days your card would be restarted by the bank……. kindly do check out and let me know as to how many days are lapsed from your last payment. If there is a chance to retrieve the card please do it. It is helpful in long run
