I have signed an NDA with an examination body , Can I share the contents with a candidate who has also signed the nda with the examination body . I have given the non disclosure agreement link that I have agreed .Please explain the nda in its context

A.Dear Sir,
You are not supposed to share but mere sharing is not an offense or violation unless it is commercially used or otherwise improperly used or attempted to use. Discuss. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
"As per NDA, NEET-PG is a proprietary examination and is conducted by National Board of Examinations. The contents of this exam are confidential, proprietary and are owned byNational Board of Examinations.....
Any candidate violating the NDA will be registered as an Unfair Means Case."

You can also refer to the terms and conditions and decide there upon.
