I have an answer to the question I asked previously but I need one more explanation so please consider
I have signed an NDA with an examination body which prohibited me from transmitting or reproducing the contents of the exam, If I share it with a candidate who has also signed the nda as he too knew the contents of the exam am I liable for breach of contract violation ?Please explain me the nda that I have linked below because it says that I should not share it with friends aquaintances or third parties.

A.Unnecessarily you are doubting yourself. If you have not done with any malicious intention then why to worry. Both of you know the contents as such there is not question of sharing with him.

A.Not able to open the NDA. Please don't share NDA in the public forum that itself is a illegal.
