I have filled mutual consent divorced and waiting for the hearing date. The alimony amount has been already transferred into court bank account. Now can I start my professional job again???

Yes, you can resume your professional job again.
Actually there is no restriction on a person working during pendency of divorce proceedings.
Now that alimony has been deposited in the court account, all you need is to withdraw the same and resume work .

A.I didn't understand your question. What is the relation between alimony in mutual consent divorce case and starting professional job. Furthermore, generally the court doesn't allow the amount of permanent alimony in mutual consent divorce case to be deposited in "court bank account", it expects from the parties to resolve every dispute mutually. Are you sure that you are proceeding properly?
