Now I am working as assistant professor in aided college. I want to pply for another government job. If the management of our college refused to give the NOC, can I apply for new government job without NOC?
Are there any problems to apply for new government job without NOC?
A.There will be some problems because your weitage having served may not be taken into consideration. Approach Tribunal HC

A.As you have clearly mentioned that you are assistant professor in aided college and if you want to apply for the government job you can apply without NOC
but leaving this current job will not be a easy task and before the appointment in the new government job the NOC from the previous aided college will be compulsory without that you will not get the new appointment letter
