My company got terminated me with out any reason. At the time of joining they didn't asked the relieving letter of previous company as they know I got absconded from that. And now when I am asking for relieving letter from this company they are asking the relieving letter of my last working which I don't have. I want to file case on company for cheat and fraud.

A.Dear client
This is civil matter firstly you should have to hire one advocate and through him send legal notice and claim relieving letter. Despite of notice if no relieving provided then you file civi case for issuance of relieving letter. Moreover you can also file petition for setting aside termination.
