Job agreement

I signed an 18-month bond with the company which has expired but the company did not give me a copy of that agreement. Now when I am asking for a copy, the company is saying that the copy of the agreement is not given to the employee, Is it not right to ask for the agreement that I signed?

If You want copy of agreement then you can send legal notice through your advocate and you can claim it.

A.If you read all agreement clause before signing then no need if not then critical

A.Yes, you have every right to ask for the copy of the agreement that you have signed. whether a contract employee or a permanent employee it is your basic right to ask for the agreement as to what you have signed
