A.Yes, if the property is not ancestral property or it’s self acquired property & no body has right to claim that property. They make will or gift to any person.

A.Yes, father has every right to execute WILL without consent or consultation of his daughter. Daughter has no right of any kind in this regard.

If property is coparcenary property of Hindu undivided family then father can not execute will deed until partition is not effected as per law. However if property is self aquired property then he can execute will deed.
