I have search a job in quikr and one company approach for the work they ask my id proofs and number then they told me 30000 thousand is your salary 6900 cutoff your salary for system maintenance if you failed to completed the work you must pay 6900 rupees. First they give me a agreement after i read and I'm told them im note ready to work. They call me back and ask 6900 thousand otherwise they move legally. After i search google and lots of people lost they money by blackmails. I don't know i i do i have no money to pay them. I don't know they approach me legally or not. I'm not pay a single amount to them. So what i do next to escape them
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Where do you stay?
3) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
4) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
5) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
6) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
7) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
8) If possible file an complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
