1. If revenue department issues land khathas in the name of a dead person then under which clause is it punishable and on which people action will be take?
2. Will both the applicant of the khathas and department be held responsible or only the applicant will be held responsible?

A.Both are liable to answer criminal charges. Get register FIR and also take action through administrative side by keeping the concerned under suspension for not conducting enquiry.
