I'm from Andhra Pradesh .my brother is working for one of the psu company . He is unmarried and independent living away from family .we want to delete his name from our white ration card has he is living independently and paying tax . Because of this reason my fee reimbursement got cancelled . government authorities saying their no way to delete . Our entire ration card is made ineligible
A.You may get him married and then you can get delete his name.

A.You cannot delete or add the number of names in any ration card without the consent of the said person. adding of any new names can only be in the case of birth in the family or marriage of the Son and the entry of new wife. Deleting of the names can be permitted is the person himself delete his name from the ration card and a new ration card at any other new address along with his family. There cannot be a NEW ration card is JUST single name. In your case he can DELETE his & his Mothers Name & join it in NEW ration card of his current address.
