Dear sir, do I have to pay money to them
Sir I had found a job in the online that is myc captcha. They called me and said that you have to clear 10000 captchas in 10 days and then you will get 30000/- and they said the registration fees is 6900/- and they will cut off in the salary. they had provided me a app I installed it. It was not opening so I had complained to them they said open it in another phone I opened it in another phone it was working after 2 or 3 days it was saying multiple login I again complained to them they said again try in another phone I said I don't have any other mobiles with me. They asked my mobiles version I said to them then they said it was a high version mobile try it in the low version I said I don't have any other mobiles with me. After 5 days they called and mailed me that the given time is finished now u have to pay 6900/- to the company otherwise we will take legal action against you. I explained this to them but they are saying it was not the company issue. But they have to tell it in the starting that high version mobiles are not allowed. And now they are blackmailing me to pay the 6900/- +3500/- to the company. Do I want to pay the money to them I am a student how can I pay that much amount to them. They are also sending me the emails of legal letters and notices to my email what shall I do now.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Where do you stay?
3) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
4) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
5) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
6) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
7) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
8) If possible file an complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.

It is big scam. They are cheating several unemployed youth. They cannot take any action against you. If you have guts then lodge police complaint or just keep quiet.
Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.
