My neighbour who happens to hold government position, drains water on steet as they need to wash car or ramp every day. The water on road runs through our gates and is difficult to walk. We have requested many a times no mercy. Also they made underground water storage supply on the pavement outside their house boundry. Also they throw garbage next to our house. They have put concrete barracks used by development authority for his personal use.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
In this concern you can make a written complaint to the municipal corporation as well to the housing society. Let they take action or else adopt legal remedy.

A.1) Sir/Madam, you have not mentioned from which State & City are you referring to, as there are different authorities in different state & cities/ villages.
2) If this is a Remote city then nothing much can be done. But if you are in Metropolis City then complaint to the Municipal Ward office of your city with adequate evidence such as photos & video clips of Car Washing & water going on streets. In Mumbai there is Fine of Rs.1,000/- for Car Washing water going on the roads.
3) The Garbage has to be thrown only at the designated big Garbage Municipal collection Buckets or at the time the Garbage collection vehicle arrives, You can write a letter to the Health department & they will fine accordingly.
