i am so and so was worked in state bank of india and i am going to be dismissal from service by end of this month by General Manager (appointing autority) Now Bank intimated via a letter that your new disciplinary authority address and appellate authority address . how is possible the decision taken dismissal from service is by General manager and appellate authority also same category like General manager. i think appellate authority should be chief General Manager . why management changed this protocol what is secret available behind this changing the chief General manager to General Manager as appellate authority. i think even fixing the appellate authority violation of principles of natural justice. kindly advice me before sending application to appellate authority, can get clarification from bank management why your changing CGM TO GM as appellate authority or let me send application to appellate authority for consideration of my defence statement.
