Complaint against investment platform - Groww

Hi,
I invest in mutual funds as SIP via investment platform named Groww.
The SIP date in my mandate is of 1st of every month, but Groww deducted money from my account on 28th of previous month itself without any prior notice, even when 1st was a weekday.
As I was having insufficient funds on that day, the transaction failed and my bank levied failure charges on my account.
I have asked for reimbursement of the charges from Groww which they have denied. I want to check the legal options I have. Can I raise complaint with NSE / SEBI.

1) Who has advised you to invest in the mutual funds?
2) Through which agent you had invested …. approach him and ask about the same..
3) You will have to stop the direct debit facility from your bank for the same and intimate to your bank in writing as you must signed AUTO DEBIT FACILITY while taking the SIP that is why the bank has deducted the charges from your account.
4) Raising such complaints having legal options will be costly if you are ready then we can go ahead.

A.You can legally fight by issuing a legal notice but it is costlier and time consuming. Better lodge complaint with the following authority
