Issue with a colleague at workplace
I have had personal issues in my life. I separated from my husband and lost my father few years. One of my colleague has been spreading rumours regarding my personal life and my deceased father, inspite of repeated warnings. She has been talking about everyone and spreading false information around. Is there anything I could do legally?

Nowadays most of the offices have harassment grievance redressal forums in which you can give written complaint and disciplinary action is most likely expected. Else seek the help of court.
